Fleet Coordinator

Fleet Coordinator Martinus are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to work for us on a 6-month maternity leave cover contract.  As the Fleet Coordinator you are responsible for overseeing the operations of a company's fleet of vehicles. They work closely with drivers, mechanics, and management to ensure that vehicles are functioning properly and meeting organisational needs. Key responsibilities of a fleet coordinator include:  Job duties: Developing and maintaining schedules for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Coordinating vehicle reservations, usage, and maintenance requests. Monitoring and tracking vehicle inventory to ensure adequate supply levels. Managing driver schedules and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Communicating with drivers to ensure that they are aware of their schedules and responsibilities. Working with mechanics to coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance. Performing periodic vehicle inspections to ensure that they are in good working order. Coordinating with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to fleet management. Monitoring and analysing fleet data to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist the Plant Accountant with Plant procurement tasks and monthly Plant Recharges Preparing reports related to fleet operations and presenting them to management.  Qualifications: Relevant Certificates in Office Administration and Organisation. Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a related field preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, fleet management software, purchase orders and goods receipting (COINS Software preferred). Valid driver's license.  AUD Brisbane 4000
